Privacy Policy

최종 업데이트: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kinku collects and uses information when you use our website and creator tools.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (email, name, profile information), content you upload (images, videos, prompts, companion settings), and communications with support.

We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address for security and analytics.

If you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment processors receive billing information necessary to complete transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

If you apply for creator verification, you provide your legal name, date of birth, country, photos of a government ID and a selfie holding it, and pay a one-time fee through our crypto payment provider. See "Creator verification and face templates" below.

How we use information

We use your information to operate Kinku, authenticate users, generate and host content, process payments, provide support, improve the product, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send service-related emails (account verification, security alerts, product updates). You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages where applicable.

Content and AI generation

Prompts, reference images, and generated outputs are stored to provide the service — including character training, regeneration, and publishing features you enable.

Private generations remain associated with your account until you delete them or close your account, subject to backup retention periods.

When you publish content, it becomes visible to other users according to your profile and pricing settings.

Creator verification and face templates

Your verification documents are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded. We store only the encrypted file, and only our verification team can open it, with a key kept offline. A reviewer opens it once to make a decision. Documents from applications we don't approve are deleted within 30 days. Approved creators' documents stay encrypted while the account is active, as our record that they are a verified adult, and are opened again only if the law requires it.

During review we create a face template from your selfie: a set of numbers describing your facial features, not an image. We use it for one purpose: to check that real photos you upload as a verified creator show you, so verification can't be used to upload images of anyone else. We also compare it once with the photo on your ID to help the reviewer.

We ask for your consent before creating a face template. We never sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from it, and we disclose it only if the law requires it. We delete it when your application is rejected, when your verification is revoked or when you close your account, and in any case within three years of your last interaction with Kinku.

When a verified creator uploads a real photo with a face in it, we create templates for those faces in memory, compare them with the creator's template and discard them immediately. We keep only the match score.

Safety screening of uploads

To prevent deepfakes, non-consensual imagery and content involving minors, images and videos you upload or link as references are screened automatically. Our systems and safety partners check them for faces, explicit content, minors and signs of AI generation.

Images that contain a face are sent to Amazon Web Services (Amazon Rekognition) to check whether they show a recognized public figure. Amazon processes the image only to return a result to us.

Matches are recorded for our moderation team. Being verified does not make deepfakes allowed, and we may suspend or ban accounts that use a real person's likeness without their consent.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, and security — including age-verification cookies on public adult-content pages.

You can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may limit platform functionality.

Sharing with service providers

We share data with vendors who help us run Kinku, such as cloud hosting, CDN and media storage, email delivery, payment processing (including crypto payments), image safety screening (Amazon Rekognition), analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process data only to perform services on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the public, or to enforce our Terms and Content Policy.

Data retention and security

We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

Your choices

You may update profile information in account settings. You may request account deletion by contacting us; some data may persist in backups or logs for a limited time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Children

Kinku is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided data, we will delete it and terminate the account.

International users

Kinku may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you consent to transfer and processing in those locations subject to applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
