Anti-Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

최종 업데이트: September 24, 2026

Kinku has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any non-consensual content. This policy outlines our commitments, prohibitions, and reporting procedures.

Our commitment

Kinku is built for fictional, consensual, AI-generated content. We are committed to preventing our platform from being used to facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion or abuse.

Strictly prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

  • Any content involving minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Content depicting or promoting human trafficking or sexual servitude
  • Non-consensual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes of real people
  • Advertising, solicitation, or facilitation of commercial sexual services involving real people
  • Coercion, blackmail, or content produced under duress
  • Any content that exploits or endangers a real, identifiable person

Detection and prevention

We use a combination of automated detection, human review, and user reporting to identify prohibited activity. Because every creation on Kinku must be AI-generated and fictional, we prohibit uploading media of real people and creating content that depicts real, identifiable individuals.

Reporting and enforcement

Confirmed or suspected violations result in immediate content removal and account termination. We preserve relevant information and report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or CSAM to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC, as required by law.

If you suspect trafficking or exploitation related to our platform, report it immediately to [email protected]. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
