Kinku is about harmless mischief, freedom of expression, and the right to explore fantasy on your own terms. We build cutting-edge AI tools that let creators become masters of their own worlds — fictional characters, directed scenes, and stories that exist entirely in the realm of imagination.
We are not here to shock for shock's sake. We are here because adults deserve a platform that treats explicit creativity as legitimate art — not something to be buried, sanitized, or punished by arbitrary corporate policy.
That position only holds if the ethics behind it are specific. So ours are written down, enforced in the product, and printed below in full.
Our ethics code
Ethics is the product, not the disclaimer
Most adult AI tools bolt a policy page onto a product that was never built to honor it. We started from the opposite end. Three lines govern everything on Kinku, and no amount of demand, revenue, or creative justification moves them.
Never a minor
Every subject must be unambiguously adult. Age-ambiguous, youth-coded, and “barely legal” framing is banned outright — not discouraged, banned. Prompts that reference minors are refused before a single frame renders, and anything that slips through is removed on sight, the account is terminated, and the material is reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.
Never a real person without consent
No deepfakes, no face swaps, no celebrity or influencer impersonation, and no “undress” or “nudify” tooling of any kind. Reference material must be yours to use, and any real likeness requires explicit documented consent. If you would not show it to the person depicted, it does not belong here.
Never without consent inside the fiction
Coercion, blackmail, revenge scenarios, hidden-camera framing, trafficking, and sexual servitude are prohibited even between entirely fictional characters. Fantasy is not a loophole. What a scene normalizes matters, whether or not anyone in it was ever real.
These are not aspirations we grade ourselves against. They are the conditions of using Kinku at all — and breaking one ends an account, not a conversation.
Our ethical line
Freedom with boundaries
Creative freedom is not a free pass. These principles are non-negotiable — they define what Kinku is and what it will never become.
No deepfakes. Ever.
Kinku is built for synthetic characters only. We do not support generating likenesses of real people without their explicit consent. No face-swapping, no impersonation, no non-consensual imagery.
Synthetic performers by design
Every character on Kinku is trained from scratch or from consented reference material. Our platform exists to create entirely fictional performers — not to replicate or exploit real humans.
Strictly 18+
All characters must be adults. We enforce age verification, content moderation, and model-level guardrails to prevent the creation of illegal or exploitative material.
Responsible creative freedom
We believe adults have the right to explore fantasy through art and technology. That freedom comes with responsibility: no harassment, no illegal content, no harm to real people.
Privacy first
Your creations are yours. We do not train on your private generations without consent, and we give creators control over what they publish and who can access it.
Consent at every layer
From character training to publication, consent is woven into the platform. Real-person references require explicit permission. Synthetic characters belong to their creators.
Fiction by construction
Nothing made here documents a real act, because no real performer exists to document. That is why our content falls outside § 2257 record-keeping — and why it can never carry the coercion that record-keeping was written to expose.
Humans review the hard calls
Classifiers catch volume; people catch nuance. Edge cases, appeals, and removal requests reach a human being rather than dying in an automated queue with no explanation.
Rules written down, not improvised
Our limits are published, dated, and enforced consistently. You should never have to guess where the line is, and we should never be able to move it quietly after the fact.

Adults only at the door
Kinku is age-gated on entry and restricted to verified adults 18 or older. There is no logged-out browsing path into explicit material.

Guardrails before generation
Prompts are screened for youth references and prohibited categories before they ever reach a model, and our generation providers refuse the request outright if anything slips past.
- 03
Automated and human review
Published content passes through automated detection, manual review, and user reporting. Suspected violations are pulled from public view while they are examined.
- 04
Prioritized removals
Removal requests are acknowledged promptly — typically within 72 hours. Non-consensual intimate imagery and impersonation jump the queue, and clear violations come down immediately pending review.

Consequences that stick
Violations lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent termination. For CSAM, trafficking, and exploitation we preserve records and refer the matter to law enforcement and NCMEC.

Creator control on the way out
You can delete your work at any time, and it leaves public view promptly. We do not train on your private generations without consent.

Why we exist
The fight against baseless censorship
The current climate of AI censorship is corroding our vision of a sex-positive world and stymying what should be an AI creative renaissance. Mainstream platforms treat adult imagination as a liability — blanket-banning entire categories of expression, throttling models that understand human desire, and forcing creators underground into tools with no ethics, no safety rails, and no accountability.
This is not progress. It is fear dressed up as responsibility. When platforms refuse to distinguish between harmful exploitation and consensual adult fantasy, they abandon the very creators they claim to empower.
Worse, the blanket ban is a moral shortcut. Refusing to draw any line looks like caution, but it does the same work as drawing no line at all: the harmful material moves to platforms that answer to nobody, and the creators acting in good faith lose the only tools built to keep them honest. Real ethics require judgement, and judgement requires staying in the room.
Our aim is to end that hypocrisy. Kinku exists to herald a community dedicated to responsible creative freedom and visual excellence — where explicit content is made with intention, governed by clear ethical boundaries, and celebrated as a legitimate form of self-expression.
We will not apologize for building tools that let adults create adult content. We will apologize if we ever compromise the line between fantasy and harm.
