Content Removal Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This policy explains how content can be removed from Kinku — whether by you, by a person depicted, or by Kinku — and how to submit a removal request.

Removing your own content

You can delete content you created directly from your account at any time. Deleted content is removed from public view promptly. Some copies may persist temporarily in backups or caches and are purged in the ordinary course.

Requesting removal of content depicting you

If you believe content on Kinku depicts you or uses your likeness without your consent, you can request its removal. We prioritize requests involving non-consensual intimate imagery and impersonation.

Email [email protected] with the URL(s) or identifiers of the content, a description of why it should be removed, and your relationship to the content. We may request limited verification to confirm your identity.

Content we remove proactively

We remove content that violates our policies or the law, including:

  • CSAM or any content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual deepfakes of real people
  • Impersonation of real individuals, celebrities, or public figures
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Content promoting violence, exploitation, or other illegal acts

How requests are handled

We acknowledge removal requests promptly, typically within 72 hours, and act on verified requests as quickly as possible. Content that clearly violates our policies may be removed immediately pending review.

We may notify the content owner and offer an opportunity to appeal, except where doing so would be unlawful or would risk harm.

Effect of removal

Removed content is taken down from public access. Depending on the circumstances, we may also suspend or terminate the responsible account and preserve information for legal compliance.
