Content Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Kinku is an adults-only platform for fictional, consensual AI-generated content. This Content Policy defines what you may create, publish, and monetize on Kinku.

Adults only

All users must be 18 or older. All characters and subjects in generated content must be clearly adult. Content that depicts, suggests, or normalizes minors or age-ambiguous subjects is strictly prohibited.

Fictional and consensual content

Kinku is built for original fictional personas — not for sexual depictions of real people without documented consent. Do not use the platform to impersonate celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or other creators.

Scenarios must not depict non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, revenge content, or hidden-camera style material.

Prohibited content

The following categories are banned on Kinku and may result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities where appropriate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors
  • Age-ambiguous or "young-looking" sexual content
  • Non-consensual deepfakes or sexual imagery of real persons
  • Celebrity or influencer sexual impersonation
  • Content promoting illegal acts, violence, or exploitation
  • Tools or prompts oriented around "undress," "nudify," or non-consensual real-person manipulation
  • Malware, phishing, or spam

Reference images and training

When training characters, only upload reference material you have the right to use. Do not train models on photos of real people without their explicit documented consent and applicable rights.

Synthetic or illustrated references for fictional characters are preferred for creator workflows on Kinku.

Publishing and external platforms

Content you publish on Kinku must comply with this policy. If you export content to OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, or other services, you are also responsible for their rules, disclosure requirements, and geographic restrictions.

Kinku does not guarantee that third-party platforms permit AI-generated adult content.

Enforcement and reporting

We use automated and manual review, user reports, and policy checks to enforce this Content Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

To report prohibited content or abuse, contact [email protected] with URLs, account identifiers, and a description of the issue.
