Kinku is a platform for fictional, AI-generated content. The visual material created and displayed on Kinku is computer-generated and does not depict real human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Because no real performers are depicted, the content produced on Kinku is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A. There are no real-person performers for whom age-verification records would exist.

All characters, models, and subjects on Kinku are entirely fictional and synthetically generated. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

Uploading media of real people, or creating content that depicts or impersonates real, identifiable people, violates our Content Policy and Terms of Service and is prohibited.

Kinku is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. All generated subjects must be unambiguously adult. Any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited, removed immediately, and reported to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC.

To the extent any user uploads or creates content involving real persons in violation of our policies, the user — and not Kinku — is the producer of that content and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including any record-keeping obligations.
