Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until cancelled. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file.

Subscriptions may include a monthly allotment of credits. Unless otherwise stated, credits are tied to your billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Credits and one-time top-ups are consumed as you generate content and use platform features. Because these are digital goods that are delivered and used immediately, purchased credits and top-ups are generally non-refundable once used.

Unused credits may expire at the end of a billing cycle or as otherwise described at the time of purchase.

We may issue refunds at our discretion, and where required by applicable consumer protection law. Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• A verified billing error on our part
• A documented technical failure that prevented you from using purchased credits

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, for credits that have been used, for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or policies, or after a refund window stated at purchase has passed.

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email [email protected] with your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
