Complaints Policy
Última actualización: June 14, 2026
We take complaints seriously. This policy explains how to raise a complaint about content, conduct, or our service, how we investigate, and the resolution and appeal options available to you.
Who can complain
Anyone may submit a complaint, whether or not you are a Kinku user. This includes individuals depicted in content, rights holders, and members of the public.
What you can complain about
Complaints may relate to, for example:
- Content you believe is illegal or violates our policies
- Content that depicts you or uses your likeness without consent
- Suspected non-consensual content or impersonation
- Conduct by another user
- Billing, account, or service issues
How to submit a complaint
Email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. Please include relevant URLs or identifiers, the date and nature of the problem, your relationship to the matter, and your contact details so we can respond.
For urgent content removal (such as non-consensual imagery or CSAM), use our Report Abuse / Takedown process for fastest action.
How we handle complaints
We acknowledge complaints promptly, typically within 72 hours. We investigate impartially, may request additional information, and take appropriate action which can include content removal, warnings, account suspension, or termination.
We aim to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will keep you informed of the outcome where appropriate.
Appeals
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request a review by replying to our decision with any additional information. A different member of our team will reassess the matter where feasible.
External options
Nothing in this policy limits your right to contact relevant authorities or pursue other legal remedies available to you.
