Kinku removes prohibited or unlawful content quickly. If you believe content on Kinku violates our policies or your rights, use this page to submit a report. We review every report and act on credible reports promptly.
What to report
Use this process to report any content that you believe violates our policies or the law, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real people
- Impersonation of a real person, celebrity, or public figure
- Content that uses your likeness without your consent
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Harassment, threats, or content promoting violence or illegal acts
How to submit a report
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Takedown Request." To help us act quickly, please include:
- The exact URL(s) or content identifiers of the material in question
- A description of the violation and which policy or right it infringes
- Your relationship to the content (e.g. the depicted person, rights holder, or agent)
- Your contact information so we can follow up
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate
CSAM and emergencies
Kinku has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Suspected CSAM is removed immediately, preserved as required by law, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable authorities.
If you encounter suspected CSAM, report it to us at [email protected] and to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
Our response
We aim to acknowledge takedown requests within 72 hours and to act on verified violations as quickly as possible. Content that clearly violates our policies may be removed before our review concludes.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or share information with law enforcement where appropriate.
Copyright (DMCA) notices
For copyright complaints, include the elements required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices and appeals
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by replying to our notice with an explanation and any supporting evidence. We will review appeals in good faith.
